Ron Brien is the founder and principal of Alliance Commercial Property LLC. He has a significant record of achievement in providing comprehensive real estate and consulting services to users and owners of commercial real estate. Ron is a multi-state broker and licensed in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. Having grown up in Westchester County, Ron is exceptionally familiar with commercial property in the cities and suburban downtowns that dot the Metro New York area. With a keen sense of each market’s tone and character, Ron recommends to his clients, only the most suitable locations.
Ron’s all-encompassing career in the real estate industry has provided him the opportunity to extend his talents into multiple facets of the business, giving him an extensive scope of knowledge of leasing, acquisition and property management. He has been the broker in multiple high-profile retail and office transactions on behalf of his clients in locations including Manhattan’s Upper East Side, Soho, Rye, Greenwich, Westport and Princeton.
Ron is the founder and president of the Greenwich Business Club, a 501c6 philanthropic trade association that raises funds for Kids in Crisis and The Den For Grieving Kids in Connecticut. Ron is on the board of directors of the Town of Greenwich Fire Department - Glenville Volunteer Fire Company. He also provides pro bono legal services to Veterans. Ron is a member of the New York Athletic Club as well as numerous State Bar associations.
